“Questionable Forms” is a series of hot sculpted cold worked abstract glass sculptures. The sculptures make groupings that suggest small, fantastical worlds. These objects may recall similar imagery from the natural world – geodes, fungi, Venus fly traps – but with their bright colors and lavish surfaces they also suggest playful, imaginary, and dream-like forms. The forms themselves are in no way imitations of specific, naturally occurring objects, and this leaves them open to a variety of associations for the viewer.
