Abstract
Calendar Year is a poetry manuscript. It explores a poet's emotional maturation through free verse. Calendar Year juxtaposes traditional, linear time against emotional seasons that extend throughout the manuscript. The interplay between light and dark, anxiety and calm, as well as familial relationships are major themes in the work.
