The Development of Novel Phases with Photoresist for Capillary Electrophoresis, Capillary Electrochromatography, and Solid Phase Microextraction

Steach, Jeremy Kenneth

Abstract Details

2008, Doctor of Philosophy, Ohio State University, Chemistry.
The development of photoresist-based stationary phases for different chromatographic applications was described. Methods were developed to create adsorbents with the photoresist for solid phase microextraction (SPME) and stationary phases for capillary electrochromatography (CEC). A detailed investigation into the preparation, fabrication, and application of the various adsorbents and stationary phases with the photoresist was studied.
