Abstract Details

2008, Master of Environmental Science, Miami University, Environmental Sciences.
The report explores the steps necessary in completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Investigations and Wetland Determinations for the H.C. Nutting Company (Cincinnati, OH), as presented by an employed staff Environmental Scientist. Processes of how to obtain pertinent research materials for reports are discussed, as well as how to properly analyze the resources collected, to provide dependable information for potential clients. Assessment maps, graphs and charts illustrate methods for presenting researched information to clients and indicating compliance and noncompliance with government mandated environmental regulations. Additional completed projects for the company are also discussed, illustrating the multidisciplinary responsibilities of an Environmental Scientist.
