American Federalisms and Climate Policy

Abstract Details

2021, Bachelor of Science (BS), Ohio University, Environmental Studies.
Climate policy is examined through the lens of uncooperative federalism to better understand how state governments are responding to dramatic policy change at the federal level and how this power dynamic has changed over time. Federal and state-level court cases and federalism literature are reviewed and analyzed.
